All of our walkers use the most of the allotted time for the actual walking. However, training reinforcement may require some inside-time as well. Or, if in the case of inclement weather, we will get your pup's energy out without subjecting them to extreme heat or cold, beyond the time it takes for them to do their business.
How do I schedule walks?
Email Michael at: firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to our weekly email list. In response to this email you will receive, you can make any and all schedule requests.
Do I need to have the same recurring schedule every week?
We ask that you pick a specific time window that you prefer your services to occur. Beyond that, we are happy for you to choose any and all weekdays, from just one, to all five!
How will I know how the walk went?
After each service is completed, your walker will send you an update by text message, or in any format you prefer. You will be informed in particular about bathroom activities, and how your dog was acting throughout the walk. Pictures are included too!
Can you do anything else during a service?
Yes! If you need your dog fed, we can do that. We are also ready and willing to administer medication if necessary. Whatever you may want done for and with your pup, let us know, and we will do it!
Will my dog be walked individually or in a group?
It depends on what you want! If you prefer your dog to be walked alone, that is what will happen. If your pup likes walking with others, we will group dogs together with up to three at a time.
How and when do I pay?
We take multiple forms of payment, including Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle. Your first week will be charged after services have been completed. From then on, payment is requested on Sunday, before the week of services, and is due by Friday.
